    The explanation justifies decisions on when to use a batch program and when to use an interactive program for given situations.

    Describing the advantages and disadvantages of batch versus interactive programs.

    The explanation identifies the characteristics of file access methods for batch and interactive programs, and outlines their limitations.

    Comments embedded in the program code enhance the understanding of the program code for all readers. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    Programmer-supplied names contribute to the self-documenting attributes of the program code. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 4 
    The documentation complements the self-documenting attributes of the program code. 


    UNIT STANDARD ACCREDITATION AND MODERATION OPTIONS 
    The relevant Education and Training Quality Authority (ETQA) must accredit providers before they can offer programs of education and training assessed against unit standards.

  • Moderation of assessment will be overseen by the relevant ETQA according to the moderation guidelines in the relevant qualification and the agreed ETQA procedures.
