PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The purpose of the learning for this Unit Standard is that learners are able to co-ordinate the use of equipment, material and tools in a way that meets health and safety, live event and technical production industry requirements.
When credited, the learner`s applied competence will be to safely co-ordinate the use of equipment, material and tools according to manufacturers` recommendations and industry norms and standards. Recognition or Prior Learning (RPL) must be applied should the learner provide sufficient evidence that he/she has attained the competencies outlined in this Unit Standard.
