This Unit Standard is for people who are responsible for working with contracts to do with an auction.

The qualifying learner is capable of:
  • Describing elements of a contract
  • Demonstrating and applying an understanding of fundamental sales law that apply to an auction
  • Describing the judicial interpretation of the auction contract
  • Explaining and drawing up contracts between seller, purchaser and auctioneer
