PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
Persons credited with this unit standard are able to prepare and supply bagasse by operating, monitoring and controlling the process whilst adhering to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality requirements. They also understand the process principles/fundamentals of preparing and supplying bagasse
