PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
Learners who demonstrate competence against this standard will be able to apply and monitor fundamental controls relevant to leather manufacturing through reading and applying recipes, process sheets and standard operating procedures, identifying, measuring and applying chemicals, reading, applying and recording process applications and recording time accurately.

Hides are appropriately marked applying standard company marking procedures and work instructions for further cutting processes. |
