The person credited with this unit standard will be able to explain and put into action the direct mail production process and then to provide solutions to problems encountered. They will also be able to provide a report on the process.

The qualifying learner is capable of:
  • Identifying and describing the direct mail production processes.
  • Explaining the production processes and techniques.
  • Implementing the production process.
  • Reporting back on the production process.
