  • Conduct a variety of activities to elicit requirements from all stakeholders.
  • Document elicitation results.
  • Confirm elicitation results.

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 1 
    Resources needed for requirements elicitation are identified to ensure that all affected parties are included. 
    ASSESSMENT CRITERION RANGE 
    Resources include but are not limited to stakeholder list, stakeholder roles and responsibilities, defined business problem, need or opportunity, business case, solution scope, elicitation plan.
     

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
    Resources are organised into logical groups to maximise the efficiency of the requirements elicitation effort.

    A schedule of the requirements elicitation activities is produced to ensure that the activities are coordinated.

    The requirements elicitation schedule is communicated to all stakeholders to ensure their participation.
