Learners credited with this standard will be able to conduct and implement procedures, establish committees and groups and consult with parties as it relates to employer/employee relations in the textile industry.

UNIT STANDARD RANGE 
This standard applies to employer / employee issues around work practices conducted at shop floor level.

This standard applies to processes involving the manufacturing of polymers, fibres, yarns and fabrics and includes the preparation, dyeing, printing and finishing.
