PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
A person credited with this Unit Standard is able to demonstrate an understanding of the theory of transformation, the role of organisational change in South Africa, and the recognition of value systems and how such systems can play an important role in transformation in the country.

Models explaining the relationship between organisational risk management and values are examined and one model chosen for analysis to be done in an organization and its choice is justified in writing. |

An explanation is given in writing of the relationship between high and low trust work environments and resource appropriation in an organization. |

An investigation is carried out to determine at what level the organization is at in terms of high versus low trust of its employees and stakeholders and a report written for future decision-making purposes. |

Recommendations are made to management on how the organization can adopt a higher level of trust. |

Leadership development programmes are examined to determine relevance and recommendations proposed for creating high trust levels. |
